The Moose Jaw – South Central Early Childhood Coalition will be hosting an International Early Years Conference May 7 – 9, 2025. In the past, we have had over 600 individuals attend our event from across North America!

We are inviting you to be a part of this amazing opportunity as a vendor for the 2 ½ days of speakers and events with your products/services that we feel are impactful to our attendees. The information on the event is provided below, with a registration form to fill in:

Conference dates and times:

May 7: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
May 8: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
May 9: 8:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.

Fees for Vendors:

Corporate – $500
Home-based business $300

What is included in your fees:

Includes meals, snacks and refreshments for 1 person/day (each additional person $75).
Your logo included on our conference website. Please send us your logo in a high resolution format.


